As a result of the company's success in trademark licensing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products acquired the company in 1989 where it became known as The Nancy Bailey Company and later, LCA Corporate Licensing. Once her non-compete period had expired, Nancy re-launched her trademark licensing agency representing Hawaiian Punch and the Vicks brand from Procter & Gamble as well as previous clients like Pillsbury. With over 40 years of extensive marketing and licensing experience, Nancy is considered a pioneer of corporate trademark licensing and first identified the concept of brand extension licensing that has become the biggest segment of the licensing industry today. She was a charter member and Vice President of the first licensing association and is a former Licensing Industry Merchandiser's Association (LIMA) Board Member. In recognition of her contributions to the licensing industry, she was inducted into the Licensing Industry Hall of Fame in 2008, the first inductee for trademark licensing. In May 2010 Nancy was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor to commemorate her outstanding achievements and dedicated leadership.
